The goal of the Project is to create an improved state-of-the-art facility that will benefit boat slip tenants and dock neighbors, alike. 2.  When will the land-side work on the project begin? A:  Land-side work on the Channel Dock Project is anticipated to begin on January 7, 2019. 3.  What kind of noise and dirt/construction impact can I expect from the project - and over what period of time/on what schedule? A:  The Channel Dock Project has been intentionally designed to minimize impact and disruption to its residential neighbors at Lido Peninsula Resort. Residents can expect a clean, safe and well-managed Project work site. At various phases of the Project, residents may encounter noise, most likely during the demolition and pile driving phases anticipated to occur in February and March. During the project, some areas of parking may be temporarily unavailable. 4.  I have a boat docked at the Channel Dock facility - what will happen to my boat? Will I have a slip in the new facility? A:  Ownership will make efforts to accommodate Lido Peninsula Resort residents’ boats within Lido Yacht Anchorage. 5.  Will I have to move my boat? If so, to where and when/for how long? A:  All current Channel Dock boat slip tenants will need to move their boats by January 7, 2019 through the duration of the project, which is anticipated to be complete in June 2019. The Project team will notify you with extensive advance notice of all logistics, timing and arrangements. 6.  When will the land-side work be finished? A:  The land-side work is anticipated to be complete in June 2019. 7.  When will the project be complete?
